Joe has a civil litigation practice with an emphasis on family law as well as estates and elder law matters. He has experience before all levels of court in Ontario but is also a proponent of resolving matters outside of court where possible and appropriate.
Joe also assists clients with estate planning and administration and residential real estate purchases and sales.
Originally from New Hamburg, Ontario, Joe completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Honours History and Political Science at the University of Western Ontario (Huron College) before going on to attend law school in Vancouver at the University of British Columbia.
He now resides in Waterloo Region with his wife and children and volunteers on the Board of Directors for both HopeSpring Cancer Support Centre and Victim Services of Waterloo Region.
